Buzju Refund Policy 

We want you to love your Buzju pillow. Our adjustment period ensures you have enough time to get used to your new pillow. Here’s how it works:

Returns Accepted After 90 Days of Use
If after 90 days you still don’t love your Buzju pillow, you can return it any time starting on the 91st day for a full refund. Just send back all of the contents, and we’ll process your refund.

Why 91 Days?
We encourage thoughtful, intentional purchasing. Buzju is a newly designed, fully customizable pillow — it’s not like anything you’ve tried before. It can take time to adjust, and we want you to feel completely confident in your decision. Plus, we never resell used pillows, so this policy helps maintain our high quality standards and fairness to all customers.
